Kevin Monahan is Special Projects Director for the Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida. He has over 22 years of professional economic development experience. He specializes in small business development and nonprofit technical assistance and is currently on the board of the Clara White Mission, St. Johns River City Band and the Better Business Bureau of Northeast Florida.

Monahan is a Certified Business Analyst who is on-site once weekly at Beaver Street Enterprise Center providing technical assistance, including individual counseling by appointment only and peer roundtables, to current and prospective tenants as well as the general public. Kevin has helped thousands of start-up and existing businesses in North Florida.
