Major Gift Fundraising – First Step to Success

Where will your nonprofit funding come from in the future? It’s not enough to simply identify funding sources, you have to know they are interested in, and capable of, providing funds for your programs and initiatives. Direct, face-to-face encounters with prospective funders will give you valuable information you need before you ask for their support. A Feasibility & Planning Study provides you with the data and tools you need to successfully raise funds for your organization.

Learn what questions to ask, who to ask, and how to analyze the results. A proper Study will explore both internal and external issues, including organizational capacity and capabilities, public perception, and sources and levels of financial support. You will know who makes the decisions, how long the decision process takes, how much you should ask for, and the likelihood of getting what you ask for. This workshop teaches you how to design and conduct a comprehensive assessment and analysis of your potential funding sources.
