-What are the differences between FaceBook, Twitter and Linked-In, and which ones are best for you.
-How to come up with good content for your social media marketing campaign
-How to allocate resources (time and energy!) for social media marketing
-Examples of effective social media marketing campaigns
-How to balance social media marketing with email marketing and your other marketing efforts.

From 1:30 to 3:00 there will be a free bonus session on Getting Started with Constant Contact. We’ll review the basics of Constant Contact’s email marketing system and showcase how to link it to all of your social media marketing efforts.

-How to link your emails to FaceBook and Twitter
-How to encourage your email readers to share your communication on their social media pages

-How to find out who is opening your emails and what their interests are
